It is produced using the technology of pressing cold oil seeds. Thanks to this, the natural properties of chia seed are retained in the protein. They are able to retain water up to 12 times their weight, thus contributing to hydration of the organism.
The protein is rich in calcium, vitamin B1, antioxidants and fiber. Besides, it is very digestible for the body and it has a versatile use.
It is suitable for the preparation of smoothies, cocktails, purees, muesli, yoghurts, puddings, ice creams, vegetable juices, etc. You can also use it for baking as a partial substitute for common flour (salt and sweet pastries, crackers, sticks …).

Use: Mix from 1 to 2 scoops of water or milk (preferably rice) and shake very well.
